Our Leadership Development Program is designed to equip and mentor individuals who feel called to serve in ministry leadership roles. This comprehensive program combines biblical foundations, practical training, and hands-on experience.
To be considered for our Leadership Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be an active member of The Potter's Place for at least 12 months.
Successfully completed School of Disciples and other foundational courses.
Active involvement in church ministries and demonstrated servant leadership.
Evidence of spiritual growth and commitment to Christian values.
Written recommendation from pastoral staff or ministry leader.
Availability for regular training sessions and mentoring meetings.
